Online boutique policies
Shear Luxury accepts returns and/or exchanges within 14 days of receipt on full-priced merchandise ONLY that has not been worn, altered or washed. All original tags must be attached for returns to be accepted. Please contact the boutique at email@example.com to obtain your return authorization number.
Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box, in its original condition (unworn). Damages to or omission of this box from your footwear return/exchange will result in a 25 percent re-stocking fee.
Any returns must be received at the boutique within fourteen (14) days of receipt for a full refund to your credit card.
Any returns after 14 days will be for store credit only, which will be issued in form of a gift card. This gift card expires one year from date of issue.
If you love your item, but need another size, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and, if available, we'll reserve the requested size for you. Also feel free to reach out to describe what you're looking for, or to ask about fit - we are here to help ensure you make the best purchase decision.
Please note that the online boutique for Shear Luxury has a separate return/exchange policy from purchases made from the physical store.

- All (if any) shipping charges are non-refundable
- Shear Luxury reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the fourteen (14) day return period.
- Contact email@example.com for availability of desired exchange item(s).
- Ship your return or exchange through an insured trackable carrier, as Shear Luxury cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by Shear Luxury.
- Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within seven (7) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shear Luxury).
The shoe conversion chart is a generic chart supplied to us and is not necessarily representative of a specific brand and should be used as a guideline only. If you have any questions around how best to size please reach out to the boutique.
Shoe trees may be shipped with your shoes as a no cost added bonus.

Shear Luxury ships in North America. Shipping fees are as indicated by Canada Post and based upon weight estimates for products.
All orders placed Monday-Thursday before 2 PM (MST) will begin processing and ship within 48 hours*, pending availability and credit card authorization. All orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will begin processing, but not ship until the following Tuesday.
Shear Luxury will contact you with a follow-up email if, for some reason, the merchandise you have selected is currently out of stock or if additional identification is needed for credit authorization.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package.
If you decide to refuse any shipments from Shear Luxury you are responsible for both the full original shipping cost incurred and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
